How to Enter
- Take a picture using CODi's newest Claro headsets in your work or other environment.
- Post the picture on one of the following social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook. (Participants must ensure that their social media account privacy settings are set to public during the Contest Period. Otherwise, their entry may not be visible to the organizers.)
- Tag the official account @CODiWorldwide in your post. Only one entry per participant per platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook) is allowed. Multiple entries from the same participant on a single platform will be disqualified.
Prizes
2 winners will be chosen at random from all entries submitted across the 3 eligible platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), and will receive a virtual Visa gift card of $500 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received on each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook). The winners will be chosen within seven days after the Contest Period ends and will be notified via direct message or comment on the social media platform they entered the Contest on.
If a selected winner does not respond within seven days of notification, a new winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.
The Claro Headset Photo Challenge (the "Contest") is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, residing in a country where the Contest is legal. Employees of CODi Worldwide and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.
By entering the Contest, participants grant CODi Worldwide and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their submitted photos in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, and marketing campaigns.
- CODi Worldwide reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Contest rules or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
- CODi Worldwide is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network congestion, or errors that may occur during the Contest.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release CODi Worldwide and its affiliates from any liability arising from their participation in the Contest or the acceptance and use of the prizes.
The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from or related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Garnet Valley, PA.
The Contest is sponsored by CODiWorldwide. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook.
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will be handled in accordance with CODi Worldwide's privacy policy.
