Limited Lifetime Warranty, “Forever Guarantee”

CODi offers a non-transferable, limited lifetime warranty on CODi fabric cases, to the original purchaser who has properly registered this product through www.codiworldwide.com. CODi guarantees every fabric case to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship.

All product returns are subject to evaluation and approval by CODi. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send defective product to CODi for evaluation. If CODi determines, in its sole opinion, that the product damage is covered by this Limited Warranty, then CODi will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the repaired item to a customer.

There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and the fitness for a particular purpose beyond the terms of this limited warranty. The limited lifetime warranty offered by CODi herein may not be modified by any oral representations made by any employee, agent or representative of CODi. This limited warranty gives you, the original registered user of this product; specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy provided under this warranty. CODi shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty on this product, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. One Year Limited Warranty

CODi offers a non-transferable, one-year Limited Warranty, from date of purchase, to the original purchaser, who has properly registered the Product through www.codiworldwide.com.

CODi warrants that all products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use, for one year, unless otherwise specified in a Product Specification Sheet (“Limited Warranty”).  

There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and the fitness for a particular purpose beyond the terms of this one-year warranty. The one-year warranty offered by CODi herein may not be modified by any oral representations made by any employee, agent or representative of CODi. This one-year warranty gives you, the original purchaser; specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

 What is NOT covered under CODi's warranty?

• Normal wear and tear from Product use;
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes;
• Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose;
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance;
• Product that has been modified or altered;
• Any product that is not manufactured by CODi (including, without limitation, any non-CODi product that is used in connection with the Product).
