7 Port Mini Dock (A01058)
Why are my displays flickering? Why don't I have any external displays?
Video driver updates were released by Intel. Due to those updates, it is possible that some external display features will no longer function as expected on the A01058 – 7 Port Mini Dock. CODi’s engineers have developed a firmware update that will allow us to update your mini dock, but due to the tools required, it must be done in our lab.
Should you require the update, please contact customer support to have a shipment arranged to send your dock(s) to our location. We will receive the dock, update it and ship it back to the requested return address, typically within 2-3 business days from receipt of your product.
My internet connection is intermittent when plugged into the ethernet port on my 7 Port Mini Dock. How do I fix this?
The A01058 is a plug-and-play device and should not require any drivers. However, if the problem persists, follow this guide.
To diagnose the problem, first, determine which networking chip is being used inside of your 7 Port Mini Dock (drivers differ depending on the time and location of your purchase). To do this, perform the following steps:
- Click on the Windows icon and select "Network & Internet"
- Under "Advanced Networking Settings" select "Change Adapter Options" - After selecting this option, a window will appear and the adapters will be displayed
- Find the adapter listed as "Ethernet" and the chip will be listed as either "Asix AX88179A USB 3.2 Gen 1" or "Realtek USB GBe Family Controller"
If the chip is "Asix AX88179" the driver can be found in one of two ways:
1. Windows Update Method:
- Windows 11:
Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options > Optional Updates > Driver Updates > select "Asix AX88179 Driver" > select Download & Install
- Windows 10:
Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > View Optional Updates > Driver Updates > select "Asix AX88179 Driver" > select Download & Install

Our Falco webcam comes with autofocus, and if there is movement from changing positions in your chair or walking around the room, the camera will try to keep the focus on you.
Centro (A01080) USB-C Triple Display Docking Station
The Centro docking station uses two chipsets to provide triple monitor support. To take full advantage of the Centro docking station, you must first install the latest DisplayLink driver from DisplayLink's website.
Dual 4K Universal Docking Station (A01200)
To take full advantage of your docking station, you must first install the latest DisplayLink driver from DisplayLink's website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. How do I cancel my order?
Orders placed on www.CODiWorldwide.com may be canceled without charge provided the request is received prior to shipment. All special or custom orders may be canceled without charge provided the request is received prior to manufacturing. All requests for cancellation of special or custom orders made after the start of manufacturing will be subject to a cancellation charge to be determined at the sole discretion of CODi.
What is your return policy?
CODi offers 30-day returns on all CODiWorldwide.com orders.

Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

More than likely, CODi has a carrying solution for your device—and your lifestyle. Refer to the bag dimensions listed below each case in the product section to see if it’s a fit. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to contact our customer service team for some help.
What is the best way to clean my CODi case?
For fabric cases, we recommend to first use a mild soap and water applied in small amounts.
For tougher stains, we recommend a carpet cleaner.
Can I use my CODi Case with wheeled luggage?
Yes, many of our traditional cases can easily be mounted on wheeled luggage. Slip the handle under the strap on the back of your CODi case for easier mobility.
What if my CODi Case was lost or damaged by an airline?
Unfortunately, CODi is not responsible for damage caused by airlines or other third parties. We suggest contacting your airline’s customer service representative.
